1. Overview

This website is operated by Oskah. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Oskah. By visiting our website or purchasing a custom keepsake from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Custom Products & Digital Proof Approval

All items crafted by Oskah are made-to-order based on individual specifications. By placing an order, you agree to our design approval workflow:

You are responsible for reviewing the digital proof sent to your email/phone for spelling accuracy, date formatting, and image placement.

Once you grant explicit approval for a digital proof, physical production begins immediately. Oskah is not liable for errors present on a proof that was approved by the customer.

3. User Photo Uploads & Copyright Warranty

When uploading photographs or custom text to our website:

You warrant that you own the copyright or have explicit permission from the copyright owner to reproduce the image.

You agree to indemnify and hold Oskah harmless against any legal claims, copyright disputes, or damages arising from images or text you submit to us.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order containing unlawful, defamatory, or hateful material.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to modify product pricing or shipping fees at any time. Payments are processed securely via authorised Australian payment providers (including Shopify Payments and Afterpay).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Oskah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
