Order Processing & Creation Timeline
Because every item is custom-crafted with care in our Australian studio, total delivery time consists of three simple steps:

Digital Proof Turnaround (24–48 Hours): Within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order, we email/text you a digital layout proof showing your photo, text, and chosen ribbon.

Handcrafting & Assembly (1–3 Business Days): Once you click "Approve" on your proof, our studio handcrafts, prints, fills, and packages your order.

Australia Post Transit: Your order is lodged directly with Australia Post from our Australian studio.

Please note: Delays in approving your digital proof will extend your final dispatch date.

Australian Shipping Rates & Carriers
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with full end-to-end tracking.

Standard Tracked Shipping: $10.95 AUD Flat Rate (3–6 business days transit across metro Australia; rural areas may take longer).

Express Tracked Shipping: $14.95 AUD Flat Rate (1–2 business days transit across Australian express networks).

FREE Standard Shipping: Automatically applies at checkout to all Australian orders with a product total of $60.00 AUD or more.

Order Tracking
Once your order is handcrafted and handed to Australia Post, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's journey at any time via the Australia Post portal.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error in your address, email us immediately at info@oskah.com.au. If the parcel has already been dispatched, Oskah cannot be held responsible for misdelivered mail or re-direction costs charged by Australia Post.
