That is why we never craft a single item until you have personally reviewed, checked, and approved the digital design proof.

Step 1: Place Your Order & Upload Your Details
Choose your keepsake, upload your favorite photograph, and select your ribbon color. You can type your own custom wording or pick one of our preset memorial verses from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Receive Your Digital Layout Proof
Within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order, our Australian studio will send a clear digital proof straight to your email inbox. You'll see exactly how your photograph, text, and chosen ribbon pair together before anything is made.

Step 3: Review, Adjust, or Approve
Take your time to review every detail. Need a spelling tweak, a font adjustment, or a slightly different photo crop? Simply reply to your proof email with your notes. We make the changes and send an updated proof until you are 100% happy.

Step 4: Handcrafted & Carefully Delivered
Once you give us the green light, we carefully print your photo, hand-fill your 10cm sphere with soft white feathers, and assemble your keepsake. Your finished piece is packed inside our signature black Oskah gift box and shipped tracked via Australia Post.

What if my photo is old or low quality?

Don't worry. Our studio automatically enhances older or lower-resolution photos using professional image tools before creating your digital proof. If a photo won't print crisp, we’ll contact you directly to suggest options.

How long does the whole process take?

Digital proofs are sent within 24–48 hours. Once approved, handcrafting takes 1–3 business days before heading out via Australia Post.

What if I need my order urgently for a memorial or anniversary?

We recommend selecting Express Post at checkout. If you have a strict deadline, send us a quick message with your order number and we will prioritise your proof layout.
