At OSKAH, we take pride in crafting each product with utmost care and attention to detail. Our process, from design to the final product, takes approximately 1 week. This includes design time for personalised items.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on Australia Post, the courier service we trust to deliver your precious memories. Once your order is crafted and ready, we entrust it to Australia Post for secure delivery.

Please note that shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. You can expect your order to arrive within the following approximate timeframes:

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: Generally arrives within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

For your peace of mind, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email containing the tracking details. You can then monitor the progress of your shipment through the Australia Post website.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are $15. If you order over $30 Shipping becomes free. During the checkout process, you’ll be able to see the exact shipping cost before finalising your purchase.
